- The Power steering hose is attached with a quick-connect that requires a Quick-Connect removal tool that should be available from you local auto-supply store. You need to know the diameter of the tubing / hose connection.
- * - Boneyard F250 power steering cooler with clamps, mounts etc. * - More heater hose size clamps scavenged from the boneyard. * - 3' or so of NEW high temperature transmission hose * - Couple of 1/4 - 20 bolts, washers & lock nuts. * - Power steering fluid to refill with. (I use Valvoline Synthetic, ~ $3 quart.)
- Two (2) quarts power steering fluid or appropriate ATF (to flush and fill). More than 2 quarts if flushing the rack is desired. Power Steering Pulley Puller set (to remove and attach the pulley). Some auto parts stores will loan the tool sets. Socket set. Open end wrench set (for use with puller set).

Should be 3 bolts - 2 on cross member that hold the hose, 1 - attaches hose to steering pump. and 1 connection - connects pressure hose with non flexible pipe.
